While tragedy,  political turmoil and moral corruption capture the headlines, it is more important than ever to support the TriSystem Ministry in our daily work. In just the last year, TriSystem, around the country has responded to more than 1,000 people in need.  We have helped those fighting obesity, cancer, heart disease or just years of neglecting their health with poor sleep, bad eating habits and little exercise or stress relief.

Your Gift Goes to Three Important Areas.

  1. Implementing important free church based seminars that act as an outreach to the community by teaching Biblically based truths about personal health and fitness.  The seminars provide workbooks and training, teaching and counseling, onsite at churches.  We have presenters and facilitators that help start small group support to our seminars.  The seminars typically lasting six weeks.  To learn more about these seminars click here.
  2. Providing free scholarships for our pastoral retreats.  These week long sessions are provided for those in fulltime ministry who need to become proactive in their health and fitness.  We help those in Christian leadership learn the Biblical and scientific truth about sound weight management, nutrition for performance and exercise for energy.  These retreats are typically one-one one trainings, educating and enabling a more fit, healthier warrior for Christ by the sessions end.  They include lodging, food, classes and local transportation.
  3. Maintaining the free use of the TriSystem Center, for those who attend our retreats and seminars.  It is a comprehensive wellness center, designed to manage and implement the mission and vision of TriSystem Ministries explained in the previous two points.

We also are training staff presenters and volunteers facilitators in Christian Lifestyle Management, teaching small group classes and delivering messages and testimony of how our services change lives and thus effect those who we help serve others.
