To start the Free process go to: http://www.trisystem.com/professionals and register as an affiliate.  Now when someone visits www.trisystem.com and tries one of our free programs, they can choose you as their referral and be added to your affiliate group of members.  This is at no cost to you.  Imagine being able to offer a complete enterprise level nutrition and exercise program linked to you, free for two weeks then, costing them only pennies a day.  

All you have to do is get the message out to go to TriSystem.com and start a program. Rather than just telling them to go or relying on them to take the first step, Go to http://www.trisystem.com and sign up yourself for a free trial if you haven't already.  That way, you're familiar with the process when you are with your friends, clients, patients or customers to help get them started.  This prevents procrastination or delay.  They will immediately get an email when they enter their name and email  to start a free program. You will also get an email with a link to activate their account as well as their password. Log in with them and complete the sign up process by inputting their credit or debit information. This will confirm a new member has been activated in your group.
 
So make sure you are a member before you ask someone else to be.  You already get 2 free weeks.  That is more than enough time to find at least one other person to do it with you so you can get your membership at no cost to you.  As long as you have one active person in your group, you get the program for free and help us with our goal of helping as many people as we can with an affordable fitness and nutrition plan that really works!"

Once we have their credit or debit card information, they can log in from an email sent to their inbox and immediately do their free assessment and get their free program and make changes for the next two weeks.  We are so confident they will see the benefits of the program within the first two weeks and become members for life.  There is no obligation to continue to pay for the program monthly or yearly no matter how long they have used it.  They can cancel the program anytime, stopping any future payments.

LEVEL I

This level is best for supplements and fitness equipment vendors, doctors, chiropractors, coaches, physical therapists and athletic trainers.  It is for those who have a product or service associated with healthy living, weight management or athletic performance but, don't have the time, money or resources to implement a comprehensive nutrition and fitness plan. 

  • Doctors and other medical professionals see patients an average of 10-15 minutes for diagnoses and treatment.  How often is the prescription: eat right and exercise?  Now they have an unbiased means of filling that prescription. 
  • Coaches are concentrating on game strategy and sport specific skills.  What about sport specific nutrition and fitness planning?  Now they have a way to implement and monitor a plan off the field or a way from practice.
  • Those in the retail industries, responsible for selling and delivery a product are concentrating on the customer up to the point of sale.  Now they have a legitimate means of maintaining a good relationship with that customer, increasing customer satisfaction with their product and repeat purchases.

Your Level I affiliate membership really starts after you have signed up one member in you group. 

At 1 active member, you get:

  • Your own free personal online program account so you can reap the same benefits your members are getting and, experience what they are experiencing. You can experience the program right alongside your members and share in their struggles and victories.  Best of all, you'll be able to empathize with their experience.

It really gets established after you have gotten a group of 10 or more. Once you have grown your membership to the milestones below, we have 30 days to deliver these new features.  Member counts are determined on the first of each month.

At 10 active members, you get:

  •  Your own free online login to admin software to keep track manage and interact with your group of members. You can log in to your member's account and profile and help them change, customize and use the program to it's full benefit.
  • You may purchase this feature in advance. costing $50 per month.  The cost decreases as you add members, i.e. if you had 1 paying member under you, the cost would be reduced to $45 per month. If you had 5 paying members under you, the cost would be reduced to $25 members a month. If you ever fall below 10 member s a month, you would be asked to pay the difference or discontinue this feature until you reached 10 members or more again.

At 20 active members, you get a custom one page landing page.  This is a page that shows your brand and business exclusive of other affiliates.  In other words, new members and existing members will be able to start and continue to access the program without other affiliates to distract them or confuse them.  You get a sign up and log in page the ONLY SHOWS YOUR Business together with TriSystem.  Your landing page includes:

  • A single short page on our website you can link to your website with your logo or brand displayed on the page.
  • Specific preselected form fields in the sign up form on the page so that all who become members are locked into you as their affiliate and not one of our other affiliates on the main page at TriSystem.com.
  • Specific program selection with your market focus.  i.e. members will automatically be put in the weight management program if you are affiliated with weight loss and the page will promote goals within your market. i.e.
    • An oncologist may want a fight cancer page
    • A gymnastics coach may want am "Eat to win" page
    • A weight loss supplement manufacturer may want a "fat burning" page.
  • You may purchase this feature in advance, costing $100 per month and it includes the 10 client affiliate log in at no additional charge.  The cost decreases as you add members as in the previous feature and if you lose members, the same process applies.

At 40 active members, you get:

  •  A custom online multi page Web Brochure featuring your business, services and products, who you are and your commitment to eating right and exercise.
  • Direct listing, picture and use of your product in our menus, supplement recommendations or exercise routines.  In other words, our program will have your product in the meals, supplements or workout recommendations as it applies.
  •  A direct link to your website, your Web Brochure (like a sub domain) will have its own trisystem web address and a link from the Affiliates link on our home page.

  • You may purchase this feature in advance, costing $200 per month and it includes the 10 client affiliate log in and the 20 client landing page at no additional charge. The cost decreases as you add members as in the previous feature and if you lose members, the same process applies.

At 75 active members, you get:

  • Your picture and profile featured directly on our home page.

  • Direct links to your online brochure and landing page from our home page.

  • You may purchase this feature in advance, costing $375 per month and it includes the 10 client affiliate log, the 20 client landing page, and the web brochure at no additional charge. The cost decreases as you add members as in the previous feature and if you lose members, the same process applies.

At 100 active members, you get:

  • $100 per month payment to you for maintaining a "Century Group"

At 200 active members, you get:

  • $200 per month payment to you for maintaining a "Bicentennial Group."

At 400 active members, you automatically become a LEVEL III Affiliate.

LEVEL II

LEVEL 2 affiliates are for personal trainers, nutrition professionals and fitness chefs who will be working with our members in their own business or at a TriSystem Center during paid consultations.  LEVEL 2 consultants get all the benefits of LEVEL 1 affiliates plus more!

Level 2 Certified Personal Trainer.  Personal Trainers must show valid, current national  certification OR become certified through the NASN as a personal trainer via a seminar or their distance learning program. All must pass the  online Trisystem.com Personal Trainer test, costing $25. Through our TriSystem Affiliate Program  receive a $100 discount for NASN Personal Trainer Certification and a special affordable payment plan.

Level 2 Certified Personal Trainer Software includes:

  • Can add clients.
  • Take a professional bodyfat with cailpers and tape to determine SMM
  • Can create, name and modify workouts from the portal, add new exercises, create complete new workouts and assign them to specific members
  • Add new exercises into the database
  • Create and add workout split routines to be used with multiple clients
  • Query the database of exercises, workouts and split routines
  • Add exercise instructions, pictures and video. 
  • See all tools but can only access exercise related.


Level 2 Certified Nutrition Professional or Fitness Chef.  Nutritional Professionals and Chefs must show valid, current national credential OR become certified through the NASN as a sports nutritionist or fitness chef via classes or their distance learning program. All must pass the  online Trisystem.com Nutrition Professional or Fitness Chef test, costing $25. Through our TriSystem Affiliate Program  receive a $100 discount for NASN Sports Nutritionist License and a special affordable payment plan.

  • Can add clients.
  • Add a food into the database
  • Create and add a meal/recipe with instructions and picture to be used with multiple clients
  • Create and add menus to be used with multiple clients
  • Query the database of foods, meals and menus
  • Do a dietary analysis showing nutrients of a food, meal or menu
  • See all tools and use all nutrition and exercise tools.

Level 2 Certified Combined TriSystem Professional.  Candidates must show approved certification for both personal training and Nutrition OR take the appropriate NASN course to qualify.  All must pass the  online Trisystem.com Combined TriSystem Professional test, costing $25.   Through our TriSystem Affiliate Program  receive a $200 discount for NASN Personal Trainer/Sports Nutritionist License and a special affordable payment plan.

  • A. Can add clients. 
  • B. Can create and modify menus and exercise routines from the portal.
  • C. See all tools and use all tools.

LEVEL III

Level 3 affiliates are those who manage other affiliates and TriSystem Professionals underneath them.  Examples are fitness centers, and companies who package TriSystem Programs along with the purchase of their products.  Level 3 affiliates are in the business of acquiring TriSystem members and servicing them as a focus within their business.

  • They can add trainers, nutritionists or chefs at any previous affiliate level.
  • They receive a complete co-branded back end showing there logo at web.trisystem.com that can be blended seamlessly with their existing website.
  • All technology integration/web hosting support
  • Move clients from one pro to another.
  • Lock out pros who do not comply with TriSystem Guidelines.
  • Access member lists and run reports on member activity.
  • CRM  features
  • 3 NASN Credential Scholarships.
  • Up to 40 TriSystem Professional Sub-accounts to manage  including, Personal Trainers, Nutrition Professionals and Fitness Chefs.
  • The ability to move members under different professionals or even share members.
  • The ability to cancel professional accounts and move members to another professional
  • Customer service support (we will train a TriSystem customer service liaison as an account representative for your facility).
  • Initial Program Set up and Assessment methodology training
  • Monthly TriSystem Member webinar or video production.
  • Monthly TriSystem Professional continued education Webinar or Video Production.
  • 5 mile radius exclusive online partner marketing SEARCH initiative (paid for by TriSystem) that drives those located close to your facility to be your members under your program.  This is subject to review or adjustment if more than one Level 3 affiliate are within the 5 mile radius.

At 400 active members, you automatically become a LEVEL III Affiliate.

At 500 active members, you receive $500 per month payment to you for maintaining a "Fortune 500 Group."

At 1000 active members, you receive $2000 per month payment to you for maintaining a "Millennium Group" and a potential increase of your exclusive marketing radius.

At 3000 active members, you have reached an enterprise level of business open to special consideration, custom features and programs.

  • You may purchase a Level 3 Affiliate membership, costing $2000 per month and it includes all the features offered in the other affiliate programs. The cost decreases as you add members as in the previous feature and if you lose members, the same process applies.  Initial payment for Level 3 Affiliate membership without 400 active members requires 3 months paid in advance.  That is an initial investment of $6000, then monthly payments of $2000 starting the beginning of the 4th month.  Although the success of your business ultimately relies on you, an expected return on your investment is predicted in 6 - 12 months.  At 400 members, you no longer have a monthly fee.  At 1000 members, we pay you your monthly fees back, each month you maintain 1000 members or greater!

Coming in the future:  Watch as we develop the TriSystem online program with text messaging reminders and smart phone interface.  Access menus, recipes, exchange foods, change workouts all from your smartphone, iPhone or other compatible device.
